I want to switch to marketing operations or research, because I find I’m better at and more interested in market research, audience research than keyword research or writing ad copies. I have a large team and after me, I have a supervisor and a manager who my supervisor reports to. The manager recently got promoted to director & my boss is likely to take her role within the next 6 mos.

Received and signed a BA offer at $85k + bonuses and profit sharing at a T2 in NYC. Any guesses what salary for SBA, Associate, and Manager will look like? Ranges welcomed.

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good.
