Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I’ve been in a similar situation, and I chose to be honest, but with tact. In my exit interview, I focused on constructive feedback rather than venting my frustrations. I framed my concerns about management and the overtime culture in a way that highlighted how improvements could benefit the company in the long run. It felt good to share my experience without burning bridges. I’d recommend being diplomatic—it can help avoid future complications.
Honestly, if the environment was toxic, let them know. Why sugarcoat it? If you’ve already decided to leave, you’re free from any repercussions, and the management should be aware of the issues they’re creating. Just be professional in how you present it, but don’t hold back on the truth.
Just be prepared that no action will be taken on your feedback and that it might not even go anywhere beyond HR.
Move on and please do so quietly and on good terms even if it was Toxic. I let an employer know they were toxic , boy I learned the hard way. Your previous boss God forbid might have connections with your new firm, especially if your new firm is known to poach their talent. When they call to verify if you worked there they say they can’t say anything negative about you, but somehow it followed me to my other job. Your previous boss can be golfing buddies with your new boss I can’t stay much, but there is a reason they always stress to leave on good terms. Especially if it’s a small industry and the accounting field seems to fall behind as a major as of late. Food for thought, I hope this helps.
