I attended Deloitte interview. Had a salary discussion round with HR. They asked my expectations and then told me that they will take internal approval for the asked CTC and then will get back. I have put down my papers and LWD is 18 Aug 2022, 30 days since in probation period and also the resignation is accepted by HR and in the portal it's showing as Actual reliving date as 18 August 2022.
I see resignation approval is still pending from L1 manager will this get auto approved if not how this can be a impact for me ? And how to deal with this situation since I'm in bench from the day I have joined wipro 5 months and don't know anyone here. Wipro

I left CTS on Dec 4th, 2021 & due to some misunderstandings, my final clearance was approved on the 1st of feb, 2022.
It's been well over 2 months and I've not received any settlement amount nor any communication mail from the separation team.

I'm a Bcom graduate passed out in 2018. Joined Amazon in March 2019 as an intern then a year later converted to a regular employee.

You should try to stay longer at Amazon, my friend started with similar CTC and after some experience and promotions the package is growing like anything. They can give you excellent hikes when you reach some good band, its an good company with lot of scope for financial growth.
Maybe you should consider discussing with some experienced folks in your company and ask for their experience and insights as it may help you.

I am not Sure about Hike percentage, but my friends package at L4 was more than 20 and at L5 was even more. You should get a lot more package if not that great CTC you can try to switch after some preperations.
2 and half years experience is good time to switch and When I switched around 2 and half years experience I got 7.5L while some of my friends have got 8.5-10 for less than 3 years experience. You have Time and if its not even 30 pc hike the you should definitely consider a switch.
