I’m from an architecture background (I have a B.Arch and M.Arch), and I recently completed my UI/UX internship where I received really positive feedback from seniors.
Now, I’ve been offered a full-time position at the same company but the salary offered is 4.5 LPA, which feels a bit low.
So I’m curious to know what would be considered fair or standard in the industry for an entry-level UI/UX role (especially in India)?

I have received two offers from great companies. One is a senior analyst role in the advertising industry and another is a Product manager role in the risk industry. I have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.

Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
