I'm getting presents for the other English teachers at school, but a STEM teacher in my hall found out and now I feel like I've hurt her feelings. I wasn't trying to exclude anyone, I just know the other english teachers better and we spend some time together outside of work. Do I cave and get every other teacher presents (small school but this would still be like 25+ people) or do I stick to my original plan and hope that people don't think I'm a d*ck?

Ghosting after on-site interviews is despicable. Recruiting has been a part of my job for years in addition to resourcing & project management, and I would always manage to reply emails.

Lucky Generals. I was ghosted after an in person coffee interview and promises of setting up a meeting with the other founders. Just found out another pal of mine had the same experience with them!

Had what had to be the best call with a recruiter I’ve ever had — she seemed so excited to pass my work to her teams, received the sweetest follow up email from her, but now it seems like she’s ghosting me. UGHHHHH. Any words of wisdom or advice? Feeling bummed because I was super excited about this opportunity.
