A new firm made me an offer that’s a little more than what I make now, seems like good people, but it’s in a city I hate (I’d be working remotely) and a practice area I’m not crazy about. I’ve heard mixed reviews about whether it’s a good place to work. I am struggling deeply in making a decision. Need some help

I recently had a specialist partner send me a fairly nasty email after I (a transactional first year) was told to ask them to review something ASAP that had clearly been on my partner’s radar for over a week.
