I'm in EY currently serving notice period.. 9.24 lpa incremented in end September, before that 8.5 lpa salary. I received offer from Protiviti 35% of 8.5 lpa at the first week of September.. which is 11.5 lpa fix and 14.24 ctc.. and received 1 more from ADL Arthur d little from 14.3 fix but at the time of releasing offer they called me yesterday saying director didn't approve the number so number reduced to 12.5 lpa fix. What to do in this situation? My LWD in EY is 20 November.
