I’ve seen suggestions of 3-7 years experience - does my teaching experience factor in? Or should I consider the 3-7 years only of my corporate time? I'm having 3.1 years of experience in Software Development. Due to covid and health issues I'm unemployed now. I'm immediate joiner now. My CTC was 4.50 LPA and I got new offer of 10 LPA.

Should I join with new organisation with 10 LPA or use that offer as a counter offer and wait for another organisation who will ready to offer me 12 LPA.

Hi folks.. Want to take a month gap from IT. Putting down paper and having 3 month notice but I am getting a release in 2 months. How can I tell recruiters the same since they would ask for resignation mail and they can find out my actual release date ? Is taking a break would create a negative impact on my career or resume ?

Hi Fishies, I got offer at Infosys for 9.5 LPA and HCL Technologies for 10.5 LPA. My Experience is 2 years and 10 Months. Applied for data engineer role. Tech Stack is Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop and having Good Experience in Google Cloud. Current CTC is 6 LPA at Cognizant. Even though I am getting 3×YOE already I feel I am getting below the market level for Data Engineer role. What you guys think? please guide how do I approach from here. I have 40 days of NP.
