Coach
Ask if there’s room for growth (like a level up or senior level position) with your new qualifications and let them know you’re willing to take on more responsibility. And don’t call it a “raise.” Instead ask for a “market adjustment now that you’re bringing more education and skills to the table. But definitely try to position it in a way that will also benefit the employer (new responsibility you will take and the positive impact it will have on the company and profits).
No it wouldn't make sense. You got the MBA for you, not the Company. You could certainly let your Supervisor know about the MBA, and you should definitely update your resume, and check out the job market for MBAs. Your company may move you into a role better suited for an MBA, if not, find your own.
Yes it makes sense. Especially if they didn’t pay for your MBA and the funds came out of your pocket. Ask for role and compensation review especially with the insight you bring now. If they refuse, then they should go find a new hire w your level of expertise and qualifications — whom they’ll probably pay higher to hire.
