I’m in the process of changing job (I’m a BDR now) and got an offer as Business Development Manager for south Europe market. The company is selling body leasing, staff augmentation, advanced team leasing etc. and especially if I look for body leasing in Italy is illegal. I’m afraid it will be impossible to sell our services in this case. They also do permanent recruitment which will be ok to sell but they told me body leasing is the core business. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule.
