Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. I have cleared the all interview round of Tata Consultancy
Today i got call from HR she said your profile is on hold due to budget issue.
My problem is thats I have not yet resigned from my current job and Due to 3 months NP none of them ready to take my Interview.
Feeling Demotivated now after TCS ' HR call.
TechStack : .net core + Angular.

hello fishes,
need some advice.
my current ctc is 16 with 5.6 years of experience. I was a contract hire and parent company wants to hire me.
company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS
Is this correct?

I don’t hide it, even when interviewing. My kids’ art is my backdrop during video calls and is often an icebreaker. Being a mom has made me a better manager, a more patient client & internal partner, as well helping me focus on the things that really matter. Anyone who doesn’t want those attributes on their team isn’t someone I’m interested in working for.

Here’s a feel-good story... I’m a mom of 2 kids under 5, went the first 6 months of the pandemic without any childcare while WFH... and I was promoted to VP last month.
You CAN be a great mom and still be really effective at your job. And I’m proving it to an all-male leadership team! 💪🏼
