I’m interviewing and have found the salary ranges on job postings to be inaccurate, or at least inflated. I’ve spoken to multiple recruiters who didn’t know the range posted. Let’s say the post says $130-170K. They will tell me the job maxes out at $140K, and they have no idea why the range goes that high. That’s a big difference. Anyone else expediting this?

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

Any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.
