I’m interviewing for a role that sounds honestly perfect on paper, the team is also great butthey all emphasized how fast-paced and high-ownership it is. I’m worried that’s code for long hours and maybe even toxic culture. But sometimes they just overstate...I can't tell which it is. The salary is way better than my current job though. What would you do in my position, should I risk it and ask directly about WLB?
