Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte
Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

Make them feel like if you are their manager they’ll feel heard. Find out what their goals are, what they are currently struggling with in their position and also find out what they want from a manager. Put yourself in their shoes if they were interviewing someone who could be their manager and you’ll be great!
When i have interviewed anywhere, i’ve asked to meet the most junior people they will let me. The receptionist or the ceo’s assistant can (and often do) tell you more about what you’re walking in to than most other people they will put you in front of. Once you arrive, the cleaning crew can tell you who are the good humans vs. who sucks unlike any ladder-climber, rank and file, c-suite, or hr person.
Understanding the frustrations and positives of a junior will make you a better mentor and manager on day one, and they can help you prep the way to approach the role should you choose to take it.
They know I don’t have a lot of management experience, but that I want more. I’m thinking this could be someone I could potentially manage/mentor.
I’ve found a team’s issues are usually concentrated at the bottom-most rings since undesirable tasks end up with junior staff. Ask the designer you’re meeting with what their biggest challenges so you can think about operational improvements
Put yourself of the shoes of the junior designer. This is new and exciting for them, an uptick in responsibility. Build off their energy. Treat them like more senior than they are. Be exciting to collaborate with them. And tell them that once you’re running the show, you’ll promote them first.
Thanks all, this was very helpful. Interview went well! I think the job is in the bag.
