I'm looking for a new job with no luck. While my title in my role is Administrative Clerk. In my almost 15 years with my organization, my role has become more expensive and no advancement and no real pay to match or reflect that: i currently do almost everything calendar management for my deparment chief and the department, interview scheduling, event coordination, etc. I am very close to finishing my B.A. in English but my career and experience has been in the administrative field.

Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4

Making about $103k base now, so not sure if I should hold out for better

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
