Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

You can probably score a used Aeron on Craigslist or FB marketplace for around $500
Came here to say this. I got a used Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair for 250ish (retails 800+) and love it. They last forever so used is fine if it's cosmetically acceptable. Use FB, OfferUp, Craigslist etc if you are interested
For one without wheels I really like noho. I got 2 for like 600
I have the Autonomous Myo chair (I think now called Ergo Chair) - just under $500
I bought a refurbished Steelcase although it was a Leap v1. I'm really happy with it
Used Aeron for chair. Autonomous for desk
Branch! I use the Verve chair and it’s super comfy and adjustable for long days at the computer.
