I have been out of work for the past 6 months, and have flooded many email boxes - applied to more than 600 job posts, have been getting a call for an interview, but after my first call with the HR, recruiter or even hiring manager, I don't seem to get past that stage! I got an offer from a different vendor to join morgan stanley. I leveraged to offer to directly join morgan stanley. Will this cause an issue? Can the vendor complain about me? I have not joined the vendor. I had only given interview with morgan for 2 different profiles.

Currently not ADD but I do have severe narcolepsy with cataplexy. Everyday I wake up feeling like I haven’t slept 3 days. Cataplexy is sudden loss of muscle tone. Currently on Adderall for it and have been for 5 years. Without it and my ven. I collapse 10-20 times a day. My doctor has left the practice and replacement asshole with a Ph.d says I need a new sleep study and won’t prescribe my prescription until I have it done. I am Covid pos and now can’t get in to get a sleep study. Am I fucked?

My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments. How do you cope when your employer rapidly descends into chaos from the top down? Today is my 2yr anniversary with this company. In the past 6mos, they have repeatedly changed directions / goals, pushing out several supportive and productive managers in favor of a single chauvinist overlord who makes HR violations daily and does no actual work. HR denies every complaint made against him and he retaliates to the point of firing people. Very hostile. How do I survive until I find my next gig?
