I’m looking for some advice. Currently in a permanent role with federal gov. that pays $100K and provides defined benefit pension.

Just got offered similar role for another federal agency for 1 year contract (with potential to extend) for $200K. Contract role does not have benefits and pension as its a consultant-based role.

Trying to decide next steps. Any advice would be appreciated.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
