Im new to JPMC so need help to understand how does referral work here? I want to refer a friend. Do we just submit the details in go/myreferrals and HR will call based on suitability or do we need to apply for job postings as well?

If I did good on the first two interviews but just “okay” on the more technical third interview do you think I still got the job?

I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. I have a friend that's a VP at JPM and has about the same YOE as me (shes not in HR). I have about 15 YOE but about 10 yrs HR YOE and 3 HRBP YOE.
