Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

I meal prep a huge batch of egg muffins and overnight oats or oat cakes with all the protein, fat and fibre sources I prefer (so protein powders, nuts/seeds. raisins etc). So I always have a good, nutritious breakfast. For lunch, I alternate between Chipotle or Cava depending on my mood and dinners are usually an 8oz steak and potatoes which I just have stocked in the freezer ... it's quick to make and I know it's a pretty healthy meal. That's my day, The most important for me is breakfast because I think it sets me up for a day where I'm not prone to bingeing on junk or thinking about food when I'm hungry... which always leads to poor food choices for me
Dinners are my sanctuary! Breakfast and lunch (usually leftover) might be rushed, but i love cooking and savoring dinner. Breakfast is usually overnight oats with fruit.
I live by my air fryer and bagged veggies lol. I’m a simple eater and prioritize health so cooking some brown rice for the week, steaming veggies in the microwave and buying frozen filets of salmon saves me a lot of time (I just cook the salmon in the air fryer).
I will say, even though work is busy, I do not prioritize it over my health. I don’t skip the gym because I need to work on something, creating these habits are better for you and your career in the long run anyway.
I menu plan with my husband on Sundays (always plan a leftovers/Fend For Yourself night), and try to prep after shopping on Sundays. All our veggies and fruit get washed and cut up and hummus/tzatziki we put in individual servings so it’s each to grab and go. I wouldn’t call it prioritizing health versus saving $.
I feel you on this. I did not have WLB until WFH became a thing. I’m in the office 1-2x a week but home and flexible the rest of the week. It’s allowed me to go to gym classes at weird hours, make all my meals, walk my dog. It’s so much better. That said- I have stagnated on progression. For me- I’m so much happier, I’m okay with it, but it would work for more ambitious women. And to that point… sometimes I hate that I’m not a more ambitious woman 🤷♀️
The most important meal of the day is dinner for me, as that’s the one meal I eat with my spouse. Last week’s menu plan: Sunday-pesto chicken, roasted carrots, cauliflower and red onions; Monday-leftovers; Tuesday-French onion soup and garden salad bag kit; Wednesday-Tonkatsu ramen bowls for Lunar New Year; Thursday-butter chicken and curry rice; Friday-At home Taco Bell tacos with low carb tortillas and 95% lean beef; Saturday-Date night or leftovers. Breakfasts I made a health carrot cake inspired mini muffin set and a healthy inspired zucchini bread mini muffins (freeze them). They will last two weeks for my grab and go. Lunches are generally dinner leftovers for me WFH or some kind of a soup or a sandwich/skinny bagel. We are trying 100 days of soup and then 100 days of salad this year for “health”. Passionate Penny Pincher has a menu system and house planning system that really makes keeping up easier. The Low-calorie box and freezer menu box help if you’re new to batch cooking or menu planning. Good luck! I’m doing a soup exchange this month so I can have a variety of soups while only cooking one big batch myself.
