I’m officially CPA-less and I’m starting to wonder if I’ve hit a permanent ceiling. I’ve failed REG three times and I honestly don't think I have it in me to try again. I’m a high-performing, but I’m terrified I’ll never make manager without those three letters. Is it possible to make it to controller or director level without a CPA?

He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.
