I'm significantly under-leveled in my job (people who carry similar responsibilities in other areas of the company are a level or two above me); I'm coming up on my mid year PM check in. My boss is aware of this and has said, yes, you're performing responsibilities way above your pay grade and we should be able to right this, but no progress has been made. I know it's a tough job market out there so I'm not about to threaten to quit but how can I hurry this along?

I joined TCS just 2.5months back and unfortunately my hr informed me that my bgc is negative. The reason is I didn't show them the past experience of 2 companies in which i was for a very short period time, and those 2 companies were MNC's. What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.
