I’m studying digital marketing at the British Academy and I’m currently working on an assignment which is to write a blog on inbound marketing methods of 2 or 3 organisations. I’ll look at their strengths and weaknesses of the inbound marketing methods used at each organisation’s website . Also based on my research I’ll be embarking on, I’ll create an inbound marketing checklist to audit each organisation’s methods. How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. For those who work in Agencies, how do you accurately identify the work capacity of your Account Management team? I’m currently comparing against account billable/number of accounts, however, there are still discrepancies. I layer on time tracking, but smaller billable accounts will sometimes be just as demanding as larger billable accounts which create profitability issues.

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
