I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

Your best bet is to hire experienced. Someone who worked for a company for 10+ years will stay as ling as they can continue to grow. “Young Hires” seem to bounce every 2-4 hrs
This is hard to measure and predict. I’d look for evidence of curiosity and proactive seeking out learning and development opportunities
I end my interviews by asking candidates, "what would you identify as your top three needs you're looking to have met in your next role?"
Surprising how much you can learn about someone from this. If anything if can help you pinpoint what they value and align that with what your company has to offer.
