I likely am not your manager so wondering how your team is coping with it?
If you’re running Agile, the Product Owner should be prioritizing the backlog so the team is only committing to what three engineers can realistically deliver. During planning, we take the highest‑priority items and size the sprint based on actual capacity. We’re transparent that this is the limit of what we can take on. If leadership wants the full scope delivered, then we’ll need additional engineers to match the workload.
