Has anyone successfully rebuilt a network from scratch in a new city while balancing family commitments? What worked best for getting noticed by top local agencies.

Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?

Current pay : 8 LPA
Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)

A councilmember would like to draft an ordinance allowing the general public to attend press conferences.  Currently, our local government does not have a policy regarding press conferences in place. But only members of the press are invited to press conferences. I’ve shared with him my general ideas about why I thought opening up press conferences to the general public would not be a good idea, he still wants to move forward.
