I'm working as BI Developer in Tiger Analytics, from last 2 months I'm on bench. I joined Tiger in october last year after that for almost 3 months I was into a project. Then client released due to downsizing. I'm good technically and given interview as well. The reason for rejection was that client wants 5+ yoe guy. I'm following up with project allocation managers but getting worried as not receiving calls. Any chance of layoff?

I have received two mails from Tiger Analytics one is a case study and

In case study it is mentioned to
submit within 3 days but for sql

Anyone have idea for it's timelines
Also it would be really helpful if any
experience is shared regarding what
kind of questions are expected for
this assessment.

I'm ok with not getting salary till project allocation but don't want to get laid off
How many interviews have you given while on bencj?
2 interviews with my previous client after I release, feedback was they want person with more yoe. Now I'm shifted to central bench
Be patient, they will not lay you off
People have been on the bench since Jan-Feb and are not getting projects. Some projects go on hold and in some projects the clients are having high expectations. Not sure what will happen next. They don't have much projects but are still hiring people from outside.
True, even i am on bench only difference is , am on project bench, so I haven't given even one interview for any other client, even they are extending the bench period and not considering for any requirement, not sure whether requirement is present or not, nor the other clients require high experience!
