In May I got offer & waiting for discussion before I resign but HR never recives calls, respond to emails or SMS on time, annoying!! My joining was on 2/08 & they have postponed to 14/08 due to BGV not completed? 1st, BGV should be done before releasing the offer letter? 2nd, offer letter was issued in May so they were having 3 months of time to do that? Why they haven't done? I already resigned & got released on 5/07 & still BGV is in process. Anyone facing same issue? What to do?

They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact).
