For those who work/interviewed with Facebook (Meta) did you have another interview after your virtual on-site loop?
Recruiter initially said next step after loop was an offer if selected, now she’s telling me they loved me but want to deep dive into my response to the case study, so one more case interview.
Is this strange?

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.

You're gonna have to go with your gut. They're all good choices, you have to decide based on which brands are being offered and how well you feel you'll be supported. I only know Havas from personal experience and it's one of the most ethical agencies I have worked for in Pharma. Great people, amazing oncology portfolio, with kindness and optimism as commonly held values. Good luck to you!

And if ethics are important to you, RH has had questionable ethics in the past.
I second what VP1. Been at Havas for less than a year but it’s been a great experience and the people there are awesome. I worked on healthcare accounts at Publicis (RH’s parent company) and I loved my experience but there always seemed to be a lot of red tape involved with raises, promotions, layoffs etc. 100% agree it depends on the team and your accounts so go with your gut. Good luck!
Don’t go with Razorfish Health if you’re female. Old boys’ club still, shrinking, and I hear creative has gone downhill on top of that. I loved Havas. it’s always been a bit account-driven but would go with them over GSW (in flux/weird office).
Havas has been total B status forever. Big and boring with a lot of indistinct agency sub brands. But they’ve been hiring aggressively as of late. If it keeps up despite Icaro’s departure maybe that changes. And the agency brands, confusing as they are, does provide mobility and stability.
Razorfish... can’t name a single notable piece of work they’ve done, account they’ve held, or talented person there (although I’m sure there are some). President just left. I don’t see much upside.
GSW does some good pro-bono print and has contacts with some good photogs. And they do have creative talent at the top. So you could learn something and maybe even make some cool stuff. But business has seemed shaky the last few years so something to think about.

I don’t know much about any of those agencies. If you want to hear about McCann Health, let me know. They’re a very strong shop with compassionate leadership.
So what did you decide, OP?
All pharma agencies are all the same. I’ve been full time, freelance, indie to holding companies, bottom to top, more than 15 years. ALL THE SAME. Don’t let anytime try to tell you different. Where they differ (slightly) is holidays, benefits, decor etc...
