In the recent townhall someone asked about why pwc is not able to match Deloitte level salary. And they replied that PwC is giving great growth opportunities and work culture. I can agree with the growth part but is Deloitte not giving that?

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
