In the wild

Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

No, you’re not. Better yourself.

Vice, I was thinking the same thing! Like, you could get more things done if your kid eats breakfast from a bowl instead of your boob.
The “open to work” banner is the cherry on top
What would compel one to actually post this, like to have the idea to say hey take my picture and then actually create the post, write the stupid caption and then go thru with actually hitting post.. the about me under her name says “I turn ideas into reality”…I’d say that’s valid
I mean, I certainly wouldn’t post it, but I have been in her shoes. Juggling everything is hard, and the reality isn’t always pretty. 🤷🏻♀️
@VP I was responding to A1 for saying her *** was hanging out. I don't necessarily disagree with you, but I do think this is actually more professional-related than a lot of stuff we see as it's a picture of her juggling work and caring for a child at the same time
I take the garbage out while I am on phone sometimes. Should be a good picture

Any form of "lookit I hard I hustle and juggle" is cringe. And breast feeding is fine, but it also doesn't mean you are some kind of virtuous wondermom. When my two sons were babies (I'm a guy) I would sometimes look at work stuff on my phone while giving them a bottle. That didn't mean I was some kinda super dad worker, it just meant I was exhausted but our stupid careers have so encroached into our personal lives that it's almost expected you do dumb stuff like that instead of just enjoying the moment. Nothing cool or inspiring about that.
I arrived with my own set. I have no need to look at hers. Without more coffee.

But do you take milk in your coffee...?
Posts like this irritate the living daylights out of me. LinkedIn should be about professional topics, networking and job hunting. I don’t know when folks thought it would a good idea to deviate from the purpose of LI. But we the regular folk on LI don’t give two damns about your home life. That’s why we have IG and Facebook
I also feel like this relaxed approached to what was once a professional platform is also how the door was opened to so many scammers.

So you found a two-year-old post that someone screenshot at the time and posted it here like you found something worth throwing shade at?

So brave! 🙄
Of course “open to work” and will likely be for a long time.
That kid is living the life.
This reminds me of the movie Grown Ups for some reason.
