In this line of work I’ve seen too many decisions made without any real look at ROI. What’s the logic in paying for people to sit in random buildings, disconnected from their teams, just to be “seen”? At what point do we start asking if the cost of showing up physically is worth what taxpayers - and employees - are actually getting back?
