Infosys HR had a salary discussion with me one month back. Said will generate the offer letter in 10 days but its been a month. Should I still expect an OL from them? Did anyone face this issue and stull get the offer?

So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.
