The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

I'm hearing from my husband's company if he takes pat leave, and leaves shortly after returning, he'd have to repay the wages paid while out on leave. Is this only for pat leave and the person who gives birth wouldn't have to pay back as it's technically disability pay? I was downsized by this company 6 years ago and had worked for them for 8 years prior. I am now in talks with them about another oppertunity but they do not want to let me start back with those 8 years.
