When networking to get interviews should I be reaching out to recruiters more or to technical people in similar positions? I'm generally bad at overcoming the shyness so trying to understand the strategy here

A recruiter from Disney reached out to me for an interview and then I never heard from her again. Tried email her but no response. What should I do?

I am trying to land an interview for my sister who is a BALLB for the forensics practices.
She has litigation experience of 1 plus year in law firms but is now trying to shift to forensics.

I tried linkedin and even the EY forensics HR route but it didn't work at all ☹️ No remorse, happens to all of us!

I had a couple of interviews recently with an agency and I think I’ve fully messed up my chances at the job (more $$ + interesting client) because I couldn’t fully figure out the logic question the VP asked me during my 2nd interview. I don’t think he disliked me but I’m not sure if I made a good enough impression work wise. Which sucks because I really liked the team. Now I can’t stop obsessing over it and am driving myself insane.

What is the current market worth of a security architect (cloud and application security) with 9.7 years of experience ?

Skillset: Application and cloud security architecture, threat modelling, SSDLC, secure design reviews, SAST (code review), DAST/pentesting, DevSecOps, cloud native security (microservices, containers, Kubernetes), etc.

I have interviews lined up with Honeywell, Deloitte, KPMG, Tata Play, GE, etc. Just want to test the waters before I answer the salary expectation question.
