Interviewed for a Research Executive role at Inizio Ignite and completed 3 rounds: online assessment, manager interview, and final client presentation to Associate Directors. The process took almost a month.
After the final round, I was ghosted for 3 weeks despite calls, emails, and SMS, only to later learn they had hired others.

Rejection is acceptable. Ghosting a candidate after multiple rounds and a final presentation is not.

Any Thoughts ???

Someone on LinkedIn expressed disappointment about the lack of diversity from the big law firms in TX that were posting pics of their summer associates. A managing partner commented that he thought the post might be about a pic he posted (12/14 SAs were white). He tried to defend this by saying that they had LGBT and socioeconomic diversity. Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
