Like a portfolio review in reverse, creative leaders will share work they created when they first started out and critique it as if were a book that had just landed in their inbox. Then, tell us if they’d hire their younger selves knowing, and expecting, what they do now.
Drop in for get the chance to ask questions, and get your book reviewed by our guest. Hope you can make it!

Korn Ferry are trying to sell standardised/objective recruiting as a BPO service so would assume they don’t take these things lightly. Easy to pick holes in such assessments but it’s fair to say that verbal skills are important in that field. So average may not be enough.
Suggest you call and say something was off that day and you need to retake. You don’t have to be specific, they do have to be considerate.
And always prepare for interviews…
Average is not bad and they dont only use test results to make a decision. If you haven’t received an offer by now, it might be for some other reason.
