What is a scrum master?

Thank you kindly - brilliant advice! I’ve checked Glassdoor and they’ve not got many reviews for SM (Toronto/GTA) specifically. I’m also thinking it’s not too different from a PM role, so perhaps check glassdoor reviews on PM roles.

Scenario: A person with 13 YOE had 40 lpa fixed + 10 % bonus total 44 lpa ctc salary in her company. She switches to Infosys at a salary cut due to location constraints and was paid 40 Lpa ctc (only 32 fixed and 8 lpa variable out of which only 50-60% is paid). While in probation period in Infosys, she receives a permanent wfh opportunity from a small but fast growing company at 45 lpa fixed. So overall benefit she has is 45-36=9 lacs. Should she leave Infosys and join the new smaller company?
