Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume
4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.

So stressed! Not getting any calls- any good referrals for resume services, probably need to refresh my resume- or any other tips is much appreciated! 11 yoe experience in data and Analytics and have stayed in same firm. First time going out and looking for job.
