Is anyone finding the new way to book rail bookings on the travel tool a bit of a pain?

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.
