Is anyone in the middle of the transfer process from USDC to Core? I heard they froze all transfers while they update the process. Whatever that means. (Probably making it harder.)

It seems like this gets paused annually. They seriously need to get their stuff figured out because they’re constantly screwing over the USDC in these constant “policy updates”

From what I’ve heard they are updating the transfer process and have frozen all transfers until the process has been updated.

I’ve also heard if anyone was in the middle of the transfer process before this occurred they are allowing those transfers to go through.

Oh really? That’s funny, because I was in the middle of the process and they told me I couldn’t continue. Do you mind chatting? It would help if I could talk to who you heard this from, or at least get more information if you’re not comfortable with that, so I can see if this was an integrity issue and worth escalating.

The middle of the process is pretty subjective.. I assume if you received all approvals ending with ur MO lead..then you are good but if you haven’t MO lead or lower approval you might be halted…neither way if you have the support of ur ppmd and project u will be fine

Yes it is paused, but if it has already been approved by the your offering leadership then it may be pushed through..if ur ppmd communicated to u it was paused then it’s paused for you. Even if you are on hold it will only be a for few weeks

I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

Hello fishes, need some help. Can anyone share how it is to work for tesco bangalore? Is it a good place to work in terms of learning, tech stack and job security? Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? The middle of the process is pretty subjective.. I assume if you received all approvals ending with ur MO lead..then you are good but if you haven’t MO lead or lower approval you might be halted…neither way if you have the support of ur ppmd and project u will be fine
