There is not a 1:1 role or level comparison with B4. While it’s consulting , AWS proserve is still a part of tech firm with very different objectives compared to a traditional consulting firm
You should approach it from your capabilities and desired roles and then target it at the right level (levels will dictate the comp and experience)

L5 is roughly senior consultant, L6 for M to SM, L7 for SM to Dir, and L8+ is big dogs.
Ok, so technically a management track L6 is a *practice* manager, not a “manager.” Sure, they get paid more at Amazon, but that doesn’t mean they are a higher level in terms of scope, skill, or responsibility.
L7+ IC roles are not exactly easy to get, or what someone is usually thinking about when they ask about possible roles when switching
