Hi all,
Need your suggestion.
I qualified for Cognizant interview and got the HR call. The strange point was, he was not the HR. Rather, he was someone who was working under him.
So, he asked me the about CCTC, expected ctc
I was already having another offer, so I told about my expectations
He told me that budget is low and I started requesting for more, but he disconnected the call saying that original HR will reach out to me in sometime. No one called after.
Should I move on? Or wait?😫😓

Current: 12.5. and YOE: 6.5, Tech Stack: c++,

I'm still NOT pretty confident to change organisation after seeing news about recession prediction.
Please help me to choose organisation with respect to job security.

Did not worked in cts but my experience in Infy was good regarding policies and project

Tech stack Delphi +SQL+elixir+firebird+Interbase
Cognizant has better tech exposure,less wlb, all projects are odc based.
Infy has better wlb.

I'd choose infy over CTS any day, infy is a lot better wrt management and facilities they provide
CTS has slightly better homes but that isn't enough anyways

Job security is far better in infosys than cognizant. Leaves are less but you will take 9 days wfh in case they ask to come to office

Both are similar.
Wlb and performance evaluations are bad in cogni. Even if you have more leaves, managers will try to convince you not take leave saying it affects profitability due to loss of billing on leave days. I have not worked in infy and I don't have input about it
