Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)

Just to specify I am not considering the other product based businesses of WITCH since thats not relevant for me. I am a cyber risk consultant and want to know what I would be getting into if I join one of these.

A few points which I thought about. BIG4 has better brand recognition. WITCH may offer higher learning in core cyber technologies.

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.
