Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Congrats! That’s a great offer! Sr. SE is level 6 and they typically only give RSUs to level 7 and above so they might give you a hard no on that one, but always worth asking.
I also believe ATL is in the geo band “C” for pay (whereas Chicago is “B” and SF/NYC are “A”) so keep that in mind. 170 is probably pretty close to the top of the range for that geo.
One thing to to consider is that at the senior level you are a non-exempt hourly employee, which means you’ll be compensation with time and a half for any hours you log overtime. When we pick up travel again, this is huge. That 170 balloons to closer to 200k
SF1 thank you!
That’s a really strong offer! 172 to be exact for me.
SF2, was it for a senior position? How many YoE do you have? Also did you negotiate for that? Or that was the initial offer?
I think that’s a decent offer, but definitely negotiate and not take the initial offer. My lead SE final offer was $20k higher than the initial offer from $180k to $200k just as a point of reference with 41k RSU. But I agree that it’s difficult to get RSUs for Senior SE role.

You cannot get RSUs at senior (lv 6)
