Is fixed ctc of 26 lpa with 4.8 yrs total exp a good salary as per current market standards?

How is Fujitsu for SAP Functional having 8yrs exp, offering 25 fixed.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?
