Is it a bad sign if a company keeps extending the hiring timeline? I’m trying not to jump to conclusions, but the constant delays feel off. Should I keep waiting or move on?

Just cannot get into my job lately. I don’t know if it’s the hormones, the upcoming FET transfer next week, or if I’m truly just over my company. I’ve been there 5 1/2 years. I started out as an executive assistant and last year I created a path for myself for communications. Almost a year into the role, a new manager was brought on, to my surprise.
