I am a BA and have a total YOE of 1.2 years. I am currently looking for opportunities to switch as I am not getting proper BA work in my current organization. I have a good knowledge of SQL, Python, advanced Excel & data structures and algorithms. I have also worked on .Net, C# & Angular.

No. Good boss should take push back well if framed correctly. Tell them from your perspective the other stuff you are working on seems higher priority but you are open to hearing how this fits. Understand the issue and provide a solution on how to solve this problem with less/appropriate work. Also leave room for the fact that you might not have the full picture and it might actually be necessary - so tread lightly but speak up!

What a consultant answer haha
It depends. Here are some key factors to consider. First is style. There are good and bad ways to go about pushing back. Second is frequency. If this is the one time you push back this project, fine, but if you're pushing back on something daily, there's an issue. Third would be if you're really right to pick this item as something to push back on based on its importance, ease, etc. Fourth is firm culture.
Just do the task. If it's simple enough, it will be over with soon
