How much salary hike can employees get every year?

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

#1.1 How is return to site plan for NielsenIQ ? #1.2 Future plan on hybrid model - How many days in WFO & WFH per week/month/quarter/6m/year ?

I asked above questions to HR but reply was check with Manager(so doubtful on hybrid model)
