Is it criminal that real accounting jobs that requires bachelor’s degree in accounting minimum don’t pay overtime that staff are forced to work? Is this basically slavery because partners get paid your overtime?

In line with my previous question…how much is your personal credit history worth to you? If you found out that a data broker that has significant security gaps buys your data (let’s say from Experian) and resells it to marketing agencies with even less security, would you care? If you’ve ever received “you’re qualified for this loan, credit card, etc. “ marketing in the mail, that’s based on the data analytics from the data broker.
